Under the authority of section 7 of the Economic Diversification and Growth Enterprises Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to designate Quality North Inc., Englee as an EDGE company to be eligible to receive benefits for export sales only under the EDGE program, with Quality North Inc. required to submit a plan outlining how its export activities outside of Canada will be separated from its other activities for EDGE monitoring purposes to the satisfaction of the Minister of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development.
