Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Natural Resources (Forestry and Agrifoods Agency) to pre-commit $3,240,000 against its 2011/12 budgetary appropriations in order to cover cost-shared inventory agreements with AbitibiBowater and Corner Brook Pulp and Paper Ltd. related to inventory management.
