Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of sections 5 and 17 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to restructure the Department of Justice with the following five branches effective May 28, 2008:

i) Public Safety and Enforcement;

ii) Strategic and Corporate Services;

iii) Courts and Legal Services;

iv) Public Prosecutions; and

v) Office of the Legislative Counsel.
