Under the authority of section 357(2) of the Corporations Act, and upon the advice of the Attorney General, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to execute a Release of the interest of Her Majesty in Right of Newfoundland and Labrador in and to a Supplemental Debenture in favour of Saunders Drug Mart Limited, as described in the draft conveyance, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, to Norman’s Pharmacy Limited, subject to the provision of an Indemnification by the said Norman’s Pharmacy Limited.
