Under the authority of section 33 of the Mineral Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to issue a surface lease to Beaver Brook Antimony Mine Inc. for the operation of the Beaver Brook Antimony Mine, in the form and on the terms and conditions attached as Annex A to the Minister’s submission.
