Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Bill Parrott as the Acting Deputy Minister of the Department of Environment and Conservation, effective July 3, 2008, until a permanent incumbent is appointed, with salary in accordance with Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
