Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, and further to the direction in OC2007-210, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to extend the secondment of Ms. Marilyn McCormack to the Fire and Emergency Services - Newfoundland and Labrador Agency within the Department of Municipal Affairs, for up to one year.
