Under the authority of section 6 of the Energy Corporation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following individuals to the Board of Directors of the Energy Corporation of Newfoundland and Labrador, with individual directors appointed until such time as they are reappointed or replaced:                                                                                               

i) Mr. John Ottenheimer, Director and Chair (OC2007-522 also refers);

ii) Mr. Ed Martin;

iii) Mr. Gerald Shortall;

iv) Mr. Tom Clift;

v) Mr. Ken Marshall; and

vi) Ms. Cathy Bennett.
