Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby discontinues the appointment of Mr. Barry Snow as Executive Director of Ireland Business Partnership, effective July 7, 2008, with Mr. Snow to receive termination benefits in accordance with section 6.2 of the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, with the following exception:  severance benefits (if any) are not to be deducted from other termination benefits
