Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of section 11 of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby directs Treasury Board to implement salary increases for Non-Bargaining/Non-Management and Excluded Employees (including employees paid pursuant to the Executive Pay Plan) and Ministers, the Parliamentary Assistant and Parliamentary Secretaries, by the following amounts over the next four year period: 8% - year 1; 4% - year 2; 4% - year 3; and 4% - year 4; effective on the dates indicated in the Schedule hereto attached, with all subsequent increases to be one year from the date of the initial increase.
