Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby appoints Mr. Sean Dutton as the Acting Deputy Minister of the Department of Labrador and Aboriginal Affairs, effective July 10, 2008 until the appointment of a permanent incumbent, in addition to his responsibilities as the Deputy Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs, with no change in salary as a result of this additional assignment.
