Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Public Service Secretariat to precommit $295,000 against its appropriations for fiscal year 2009-10 and to precommit $130,000 against its appropriations for fiscal year 2010-11 to facilitate the award of contract to Deloitte Inc. for the provision of consulting services and a new Job Evaluation System.
