Under the authority of subsection 4(2) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a Grant to Crown land for a fee of $1.00, comprising an area of 475 hectares in the Electoral District of Lewisporte, to the Central Regional Service Board for the purpose of a regional waste management facility subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such grants.
