Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funding up to the amount of $1,392,900 against its 2014-15 budgetary appropriations to facilitate the award of a contract to Brook Construction Inc. for the construction of a garage and office building at the Department of Transportation and Works Highway Depot at Roddickton, NL.
