Under the authority of paragraphs 7(2)(b) and 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a licence of Crown land comprising an area of 154 square metres to Cross Bay Mussel Farms Limited in the Electoral District of Grand Falls-Windsor-Green Bay South for the purpose of a wharf and storage shed, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such licences.
