Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development to precommit up to $55,000 against its 2009-10 budgetary appropriations to enable the department to retain Trinity International Consultants Inc. for the 2009-10 fiscal year.
