Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Natural Resources to precommit funds to a maximum of $70,000 in each of 2007-08 and 2008-09, for the award of contract for the chemical analysis of Voisey’s Bay nickel concentrates.
