Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Natural Resources to precommit funds of $51,600 against the Department’s 2009-10 budgetary appropriations in order to award the contract to perform air quality monitoring to AMEC Earth and Environmental.
