Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Natural Resources to precommit funds up to $250,000 against its 2009-10 budgetary appropriations to facilitate the planning of the 2009 Mines and Energy Ministers’ meeting to be held in St. John’s in September 2009.
