Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to precommit funds of $8,700,000 against its 2009-2010 budgetary appropriation for construction of Phase III of the Trans Labrador Highway.
