Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the issuance by the Minister of Environment and Conservation of a Crown land licence to occupy comprising an area of land not exceeding 27.5 square metres situated at Three Island Pond, in the Town of Paradise, to Kasper Saunders for the purpose of constructing a boathouse and wharf, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable to such licences to occupy.
