Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Business to precommit funds of approximately $1,517,300 in 2009-10; $103,000 in 2010-11; $36,000 in 2011-12; and $43,000 in 2012-13 to Other Ocean Group to facilitate the establishment of a video game development facility in the province.
