Under the authority of subsections 10(6) and 10(9) of the Teachers' Collective Bargaining Act, the Lieutenant-Govemor in Council is pleased to appoint the following persons to represent the Government on the School Board Committee to conduct the bargaining of the Provincial Teachers' Collective Agreement with the Newfoundland and Labrador Teachers' Association, effective immediately, for a two-year term:

a) George Joyce, Chief Negotiator, Assistant Deputy Minister (Labour Relations), Human Resource Secretariat;

b) Ron Smith, Director of Evaluation and Research, Department of Education and Early Childhood Development; and

c) Deana Hatcher, Registrar of Teachers, Department of Education and Early Childhood Development.
