Under the authority of section 6 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the Honourable Jerome Kennedy, Q.C. as the Acting Minister of Finance and President of Treasury Board for the purpose of signing the special warrant approved by OC2008-196.
