Under the authority of subsection 4(2) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a commercial grant to the Town of Conception Bay South for Crown Land comprising an area not to exceed 30.5 hectares, located at Legion Road, Conception Bay South in the Electoral District of Conception Bay South, for the purpose of a commercial shopping centre, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such grants.
