Under the authority of subsections 10(2) and 10(9) of the Teachers’ Collective Bargaining Act, to appoint Lester Simmons, Trustee, Newfoundland and Labrador English School Board in the place of Darryl Feener, to the School Board Committee to conduct the bargaining of the Labrador West Teachers’ Collective Agreement with the Newfoundland and Labrador Teachers’ Association, effective immediately, for a two-year term.
