Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture to transfer the Aquaforte Baited Trawl Holding Facility, a description of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, to Aqua Fisheries Limited for $1,600.00.  OC96-095 is revoked.
