Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture to transfer, to the Town of Cape St. George, a parcel of expropriated land in Cape St. George, Port au Port, the description of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
