Under the authority of section 13(3) of the Pensions Funding Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to acknowledge receipt of the Audited Financial Statements of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador Pooled Pension Fund for the year ended December 31, 2007 and to authorize the Minister of Finance to table the statements in the House of Assembly at the earliest opportunity in accordance with the provisions of the Pensions Funding Act and the Transparency and Accountability Act.
