Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 4 of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following individuals to the WorkplaceNL Board of Directors, for a three-year term, effective immediately:

a) John Peddle, Chairperson;

b) Greg Viscount, Employer Representative, as recommended by the Newfoundland and Labrador Employers' Council Inc.;

c) Victoria Belbin, Employer Representative;

d) David Loveys, Employer Representative;

e) Jerry Vink, Worker Representative;

f) Greg Pretty, Worker Representative, as recommended by the Newfoundland and Labrador Federation of Labour;

g) Paula Corcoran-Jacobs, Public Representative representing injured workers; and

h) Pat Whalen, Public Representative.
