Under the authority of subsection 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant-Governor hereby exempts the Department of Children, Seniors and Social Development from the requirement to tender for leased office space and to enter into an agreement with the Sheshatshiu Innu First Nation to continue its lease of 4,908 square feet of office space at the Mary May Healing Centre, in Sheshatshiu,  for a five-year term, from April 2017 to March 2022, at a rate of $122,700 per annum plus 50 per cent of operational costs (estimated at $68,300 per annum).
