Under the authority of section 2 of “An Act to Amend the Judicature Act,” SNL2008 c28, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, to bring the Act into force on the date of publication in the Newfoundland and Labrador Gazette.
