Under the authority of section 4 of the Pippy Park Commission Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint/reappoint the following individuals to the C.A. Pippy Park Commission:

Appointments

i) Mr. Bernie Halloran, Chair, effective from a current date for a three year term;

ii) Mr. Greg Healy, Member, effective from a current date for a three year term;

Reappointments

iii) Mr. Robert Constantine, Assistant Deputy Minister, Department of Finance, for a term ending April 14, 2010;

iv) Mr. Grant Hiscock, Pippy Park Land Owners and Residents Association Representative, for a term ending April 14, 2010; and

v) Ms. Sharon Pippy, Pippy Family Representative, for a term ending October 31, 2009.
