Under the authority of sections 5 and 17 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to confirm the structure of the Department of Natural Resources with two branches:

i) Energy Branch; and

ii) Mines Branch;
