Under the authority of section 5 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Clerk of the Executive Council to give the “Department of Environment and Conservation Notice,” a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
