Under the authority ofsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Health and Community Services to pre-commit funds of $120,867 against its 2009/10 budgetary appropriations to enter into the federal/provincial agreement on substance use in the workplace.
