Under the authority of section 17(2) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to approve the settlement of Government’s claim against United Dominion Industries (as successor to Robb Engineering) in the amount of $7.5 million, for remediation work related to defective Robb steel joists installed in public buildings and schools.
