Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Environment and Conservation to precommit annual funds of $100,000 against its 2009-10 and 2010-11 budgetary appropriations in order to facilitate the awarding of a contract to the Nature Conservancy of Canada.
