Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(a) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a lease of Crown land comprising an area of 467 square metres at or near Belleoram in the Electoral District of Fortune Bay – Cape La Hune to Continental Holdings Limited for the purpose of commercial wharf infrastructure, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such leases.
