Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development to precommit funds up to $300,000 against its 2009-10 budgetary appropriations to facilitate the planning of the Southeastern United States – Canadian Provinces Alliance Conference to be held in St. John’s in July, 2009.
