Under the authority of section 11 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to direct Treasury Board to amend Appendix B of the Solicitor Pay Plan as follows:

i) An administrative bonus of 5% be implemented for Solicitor IV’s providing administrative direction over a group of other Solicitor IVs; and

ii) Civil Law Managers and Criminal Law Regional Managers to be filled at the Solicitor V level.
