Under the authority of section 7(2)(d) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a grant for Crown land comprising an area of 81 square metres situated at St. Vincent’s in the Electoral District of Placentia – St. Mary’s to Mr. Lawrence Gibbons for the purpose of a residence, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such grants.
