Under the authority of section 37 of the Mineral Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to temporarily appoint Dr. Hugh Miller to the Mineral Rights Adjudication Board for a six month period, effective September 2008, to hear the grievance filed by Vinland Resources Limited.
