Under the authority of section 5 of the Provincial Court Act, 1991, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Jacqueline Jenkins as a Judge of the Provincial Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, effective September 24, 2008, to serve in the Judicial Centre of Stephenville.
