Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of 8,000 square feet of office space for Fire and Emergency Services Newfoundland and Labrador (FES-NL) from Provincial Investments Inc., St. John's for a period of five years, commencing at a current date, with an option to renew for up to a further five year term under a new lease agreement at a rental rate of $22.00 per square foot plus HST.
