Under the authority of section 31.1 of the Mineral Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to make the Orders entitled "Nickel-in-Concentrate Exemption Order, 2013" and "Copper-in-Concentrate Exemption Order, 2013", copies of which are on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
