Under the authority of section 10 of the Teachers’ Collective Bargaining Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to constitute the following as the School Board Committee to have exclusive right to conduct bargaining with the Newfoundland and Labrador Teachers’ Association on behalf of school boards and Government:

                                      School Board Representatives

                                      i) Mr. Tom Kendall, President, Newfoundland and Labrador School Boards Association;

                                      ii) Mr. Allister Dyke, Assistant Director Personnel, Eastern School District;

                                      iii) Ms. Cindy Fleet, Director of Education, Nova Central School District;

                                      iv) Mr. Wayne Noseworthy, Staff Relations Specialist, Newfoundland and Labrador School Boards Association;

                                      Government Representatives

                                      v) Ms. Raelene Thomas, Chief Negotiator, Staff Relations Specialist, Public Service Secretariat;

                                      vi) Ms. Susan Rumsey, Staff Relations Specialist, Public Service Secretariat; and

                                      vii) Mr. Brian Miller, Director of School Services, Department of Education.
