Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to return Ms. Donna Brewer to her former position as Assistant Deputy Minister – Financial Planning and Benefits Administration in the Department of Finance, effective September 15, 2008, with salary assigned to her in that position in accordance with OC2005-524 including any relevant step progression and general salary increases to apply.
