Under the authority of section 40 of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a grant pursuant to Licence No. 113720 for an area not to exceed 4,047 square metres located at Boatswains Pond in the Electoral District of Terra Nova to Mr. Rick Ralph and Mrs. Colleen Ralph, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such grants.
