Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to sell to Mr. Hank Clarke for $1010.00, the Cottrell’s Cove Stage and expropriated land located under and around the stage in Cottrell’s Cove in the Electoral District of Exploits, the description of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
